Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No, we can do one-off individual pieces or fulfill orders into the thousands. Each client requires something different and we try to ensure we can meet those requirements.

I live quite far away, do you do mail order?

Yes. We have successfully completed large orders of embroidered and printed items without physically meeting the client. We can send you a sample for your approval and complete the order from there.

What if you don't have what I need?

If we do not have it in stock, we make every effort to order it in for you. If the item is not available, we will offer you some alternatives that may fulfill your requirements.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No, please feel free to come to the shop at any point during opening hours, where we will gladly discuss with you your requirements.
